DCP and Gyan Investments Sign an Advisory Mandate for DCP


DCP and Gyan Investments are pleased to announce that they signed 18th April 2018 an advisory mandate for DCP to advise Gyan Investments on the development of its investment portfolio including Baby Jet Airlines.

DCP to advise Cameroon Energy and Water Ministry

DCP is pleased to announce that it has been appointed by the Cameroon Ministry of Energy and Water to act as their advisor. DCP will advise the Ministry on all aspects of the financing and implementation of energy and water development projects in Cameroon including project financial and bankability analysis.

Commenting on the mandate DCP’s CEO, Andrew Naylor, said: “This is a key moment in the development of technical and financial capacity for the Cameroon Energy and Water Ministry and we are proud to be able to play our part in the development and improvement of this critical element of national infrastructure.”

Railway Infrastructure Projects

DCP is pleased to announce a strategic collaboration with UK railway development company DP Rail – www.dprail.co.uk. Initially collaborating on the Dhaka to Payra railway in Bangladesh, DCP and DP Rail are also developing a number of other strategic rail projects in Sub-Saharan Africa.  A Joint DP Rail/DCP Capability Statement for Railway Infrastructure can be found on the Home Page of our website and is easily downloaded if required.

Visit to Cameroon 17 – 21 Oct 16

DCP’s CEO, Andrew Naylor, led a team of DCP colleagues to Cameroon during the week 17th – 21st October 2016, during which they held a variety of meetings including with the Transport Minister and other Government officials and with the Deputy British High Commissioner (see picture opposite).

DCP already has important connections in Cameroon, which this visit has strengthened and consolidated.

Andrew has been invited to speak at the forthcoming iPAD conference in Yaoundé on 10th and 11th November (http://www.ipad-cameroon.com) where he will discuss current issues in power project bankability.  During this second visit, meetings with the Prime Minister and Minister of Energy are proposed to develop facilitating financial feasibility for a range of infrastructure initiatives in Cameroon.
